Energy Cities' 2018 Conference, 18-20 April: Powering partnerships

By Miriam Eisermann on 7 December 2017

Save the date: 18-20 April 2018!

Where are those places in Europe where policy-making and partnerships are intrinsically tied? At Energy Cities’ Annual Conference in Rennes (France) we invite you to sync up our brains around stories from cities with outstanding approaches in planning, mobility, housing, H&C, smartness in cities, participation or financing.

THE PROGRAMME

The choice won’t be easy with a large number of

  • workshops
  • interactive sessions, and
  • site visits on the menu.
No matter the slot you chose, you can showcase your experience, learn from others and thereby power partnerships.

The political moment: On 19th, Mayors and elected people will have their forum for dialogue around strategy and what’s next.

THE MISSION

Our zero-carbon future is built through partnerships that are wide-ranging, both in scope and scale: they will have to be stricken between and within territories, between urban and rural areas, between city administration and citizens, between national and local governments, so as to create truly local alliances. This flagship event of the Energy Cities network is meant to power those partnerships with people and ideas.
